I had received ITA in October 2019 and submitted my documents. The 6 months time for processing was supposed to get over on 21 May 2020 however, due to this pandemic it is delayed and I have no clue when will I receive it. Just because of this, I had postponed my marriage plans several times. My consultant told me that I Individually should land first, get the PR card, come back n get married and sponsor spouse visa otherwise I will put my file’s decision at risk. Is that really so? Moreover, if i get married prior getting the PPR, will the combined scores be re-calculated? Could you help me providing some clarity about the same so that I could proceed with my marriage plans else the other option would take too long for my spouse to visit me in Canada.
Thanks and Regards
