As per CIC
Hi, I have 2 years of experience to mention in express entry profile in desired occupation, I have all documents for example employment joining and experience letter, just wanted to confirm is it okay if I will submit monthly cash receipts/ slips since I was getting the salary via cash-in hand basis from employer. Will the verification department approve or disapprove it? Please suggest.
A-11.2 check is where the analyst/officer, thoroughly check all the papers like education, proof of funds, PCC, miscellaneous certificates / papers and most importantly Work Experience documents.
While all other departments can be easily verified by ECA, TRF (ielts), Bank Letter and so on, but onus of proving work experience lies upon the applicant.
Now as for the law, NO WHERE is it mentioned that cash salary is not accepted for Canadian PR application, but how would the applicant prove it?
Firstly by getting it stated in reference letter, that the salary was paid in cash. Secondly by providing cash receipts/slips or salary certificate.
As for your question, Yes you should provide cash receipts/slips alongwith reference letter. Also furnish any other documents related to your job, like joining and experience letter (which you already have), which would help in building the confidence of case analyst or officer and eventually getting the PR without ADR/ Delays.
I always say in case of work experience, more is less.
