I have created my EE Profile with a CRS of 418. I was expecting a nomination from Ontario since I have a score above 400. Do I first need to apply on their website or just creating the EE profile is enough? Please let me know if there are any steps I am missing.

OINP Process
OINP searches the Express Entry pool and identifies potential candidates who:
- Have a minimum score of 400 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) in CIC’s Express Entry system, and
- Meet the criteria of Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream

If OINP identifies you in the Express Entry pool, you will receive a PT Notification of Interest from Ontario through your MyCIC account. This notification will invite you to apply to OINP for nomination under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.

OINP Update
As per OINP's latest update dated May 9, 2016, OINP has temporarily paused the intake of new PNP applications (under Human Capital Priorities Stream) in 2016. You can check this link for more details http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html.
