query regarding offer

My profile is 6.5 Ielts 65.6%in 12th,63% in 11th and 7.8/10.00 in 10th
i got rejection from univ of saskatchewan for engineering because of not submitting complete documents before deadline and i also applied to memorial univ of nl and did not get any reply from them

so i have applied to fraser international college at simon fraser uni and international college of manitoba at univ of manitoba both of them gave offer to UTP 2 science program for computer science is it worth to go to these college or not

please reply as i have less time to accept offer

Regina i have completed 12th grade i have applied for bachelor of engineering at univ of saskt and munl but from saskatchewan i got rejection and memorial univ didnt replied
till now so i have applied to these colleges which have UNIVERSITY TRANSFER PROGRAM to umanitoba or simon fraser univ i have applied for computer science major i just want to know whether these one year university program is worth or not
