Query regarding LMIA

Hi,

Myself is Mohit Dhawan.I have done B. tech in (IT) and two year computer engineering programm from canada and having one year exp from india and now I am On work permit and having job offer but that is not LMIA.
I want to know what should i have to fill in the answer of while filing under EEthat do you have a job offer from Canada?

Please help!!!

Mohit, you cannot answer yes because if you do then it will need to be LMIA approved.
