Query Regarding GIC Refund

Hi All,

My Visa is rejected by the embassy and i want to re-fund the GIC to My account.
As mention in their site, i have uploaded the required scanned copies. But i didn't get any acknowledgement from them regarding my application.
First they have replied to me saying that the swift copy is missing in application. I re- uploaded the same with all the Docs. its been around 2 weeks actually.
What to do guys? Mailing them will work? or should i call them directly.

bro call them at canadian time and tell them that my visa got rejected please tell me the procedure for the refund of GIC

hi as per the information it will take 45 working days to get , better to call SCOTIA bank and ask about the reason
