Query regarding Funds for Express entry

Hi there I have the following questions relating to personal funds that you have to show in EE.

1. Can you edit (decrease) the fund amount in your profile at a later date after you have submitted your EE profile (provided that you still have the minimum designated amount per family member). Basically I said I can show 25 k for me and my partner. But I am thinking of adjusting this to the minimum for two people which is around 16.2 K. Can I do update this now in my already submitted EE profile.

You can edit the EE profile until you get the ITA

It doesn't matter in any case. Only thing they check is whether the proof of funds is above the minimum required., They won't ask you to bring full 25K.
