Query regarding ECA

Hey guys,
I was planning to apply for PR. the first step requires my education be assessed by WES.
I have a 5yr Bachelor of Architecture degree from the university of Mumbai, and a 6 month certificate course from SIMSR.

1) Will the WES evaluate the 6month course certificate ?
2) Which option should I select in the education in the EE form? Bachelor or Two or more degree/diploma/certificate?

3) My wife has a Bachelor of Design from Raffles College of Design, the WES list doesn't have Raffles as a college. Is there anyone from Raffles that has applied for ECA?
