I have 2 degrees from India and I want to apply for ECA (WES/IQAS) for Canada PR.
1. BCA: Bachelor of Computer Application - 3 years
2. MCA: Master of Computer Application - 2 years

Que 1. Which one should I go for WES or IQAS, if I want a Master's degree in the report?

Que 2. How do I submit 2 degrees to WES? Do they accept separate documents from 2 different institutes?
