Query regarding creating profile

I have done my master's (ENGLISH) from IGNOU.
So what should I choose?
1.Full-time or part-time study?

2. Field of education?
There two options for this.
Master in Arts
Or
English or French as a second language

Please seniors help me out. Just because of these columns m unable to submit my profile. Thnks in advance

Did you study full time or were you part of any employment contract while studying?
That should tell you if it is full time or part time.
