Query regarding Appendix A form

Hello everyone,
When we submitted the passport and documents at VFS, they asked us to fill out the Appendix A form that was included in the ppr email printout itself. While filling it out, my wife had to cross out and re-write her name due to a small mistake.

Just wondering — is that okay? Will a correction like that cause any issues with IRCC?
