has he received 2nd line in e case and on what date?
has he received medical request?.

The answer is in the explanation CIC provided. He should follow their instructions.

CIC doesn't believe he has sufficient funds to immigrate. He must provide bank statements for the past 10 months at a minimum (it would be better to show more bank statements if he can). If there are any large deposits going into this bank account during this time then he must provide proof where these funds originated from.

He must provide this information to CIC in 45 days.

medical received with additional requests

in Pakistan where salary is given in hand how he will prove his salary in his deposits?
