Query on WES equivalency Masters (Federal Skilled Worker)

Hi

I created my wife's profile making her primary applicant as her IELTS points were over all 8, and thereby making myself as secondary.while creating the profile my total points were 455 and its was picked up in May.
In parallel I was tracking the WES which was submitted for both.Today, the WES process is complete and they mentioned as Masters of Art equivalence in Canada is Postgraduate Diploma.

As the profile was initially picked for Masters is it possible that I can change the WES equivalence to Post graduate diploma now and submit the application for Federal Skilled Worker?

Or will it cause any issue if I proceed with this application

Thanks , I got my reply from a friend who went through similar phase

We can update the Profile even after we receive the ITA, just need to ensure this does not affect the CRS score,
also even if it affects it should not go below the point at which it was picked (example: profile picked at 440, after modification profile should be >=440)
