1. Do i need another police verification report from India ? If yes, then what is the procedure
2. Do i need police verification report from Canada as well ? If yes, then what is the procedure for the same.

Only if requested.

2. Do i need police verification report from Canada as well ?
Only if CIC requests it.

For EE profile you don't need any PCCs.

The answer to both your questions depends on when you get an ITA and how long were you in Canada.

PCC for Canada is NOT required as a part of the e-APR (even if you have stayed there for 6 months or more). If they need it, they'll ask.

Here's the link ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

For Canada, you would require to obtain PCC only if requested by CIC.
Since India is your current country of residence, you would require to obtain a new PCC after you receive ITA.
You need to apply at your nearest Passport Seva Kendra ( PSK ).
I am in a similar situation - I have moved back to India from a gulf country and would require a new PCC after ITA.
