Hi Guys,

I am a HR professional with more than 7 years of experience in recruitment & HR on boarding, Operations. I am about to give my IELTS GT in coming weeks. Can someone tell me what are the chances to get a Nomination from Ontario as per my profile??

Currently, the HCP stream will issue NOI based on your CRS. So the higher CRS will give u the better chance. You can check at their news section on the web.
