Query on OINP

I am having Noc 0621 with 430 points and I am living and working in Ontario ,can I expect PT nomination from Ontario or they will not send as my NoC is too common

Ontario is sending PTs regardless of the NOCs. It is hard to say what criteria they are measuring profiles against but NOCs are for sure not one of them. But then again, you can create your profile in the EE and check it out for yourself.
