Query on including Canadian citizen child in application, NOC codes and other details

I am getting ready to submit my EE application and had a question on how I should include my Canadian citizen child in the application.

• I have mentioned that the child is not included in the application.
• In the questionnaire I have mentioned that the child is a Canadian citizen; did not add any family members for the child
• Further I have uploaded my child's Canadian passport for Passports/Travel Documents and Family Member Proof of Status

Am I good to go with this?

• Also, is the NOC code 21232 good for software development/ consulting work at Infosys and Deloitte?
  Should I use any other NOC code when the role at Deloitte was Consultant?
• While claiming points for a relative who is a Canadian citizen, should I upload the Canadian passport, or the Citizenship certificate?
