Query on foreign ECA for Express Entry PR

Hi,
I am from India and have completed my bachelors in engineering. Is ECA required for all of the below three education levels in order for my EE profile to be eligible?
a. 4 years Degree certificate
b. Higher secondary (2 years) and
c. High school (10 years)

No. You only get points for the highest degree you have.
