Can you let me know the meaning of "decision made" on my application for PR. I have applied in Sep 2006. Status just updated to decision made from In process.

Can you let me know the meaning of "decision made" on my application for PR. I have applied in Sep 2006. Status just updated to decision made from In process.

If you haven't had the medical and as you applied before Feb/08 your application is probably being returned under 87.4 of the regulations and the fees refunded.

Can you let me know the meaning of "decision made" on my application for PR. I have applied in Sep 2006. Status just updated to decision made from In process.

It is clear that you are also victum of Section 87.4 of all pre-2008 applicants like us. So wait for the hearing of January 14 to 16, 2013 as we have filed applicaiton for leave against this section in the court and the positive outcome on January 16 may applied to non-litigants as well. Good luck

How can we apeal against this decision of Imigration department???????????
