My spousal sponsorship has been approved and I got passport request on April 24 . But I already informed CHC Delhi regarding birth of our baby on march 22 and we need to add baby to the whole process. What to do next as ppr came ? Send another inquiry form to CHC? Or start baby sponsorship right away?
