is Homeopathy Doctor falls in any of this categories? and if the person have his own clinic? how can he show his own experience?

3111: Specialist Physicians
3112: General Practitioners and Family Physicians

Becoz according this category it only shows Medical Doctor.. even homeopathy person can be called as doctor.. so i am confused..
