Query for Work Experince Column in form imm0008_3e

Dear Friends,
I can see in the document check list the form name as imm0008. But when I downloaded it is shown as imm0008_3e (is this the correct form?
I am filling form imm0008_3e and got stuck on point no 12 of Work Experience. There is no place to provide Employer name in this field. Secondly I see a column occupation & NOC. If I am applying under category of Software Engineers & designers 2173. Then should the occupation be same Software Engineers & designers for my entire employment or it will be the designation that I held in various organizations such as Software Engineer/Team Lead/ Senior Software Engineer etc.

You should put you current designation on the occupation column and write the NOC number that fit your duties.
