Query For Wife's PR Docs Requirements

Dear PMM,

I am applying for PR status along with my wife from USA. I am applying as a prime applicant and she is dependent but she has been shown professionally qualified as well. I have applied for police clearence certificates(FBI, State, Home Country) for both of us but I am wondering if she got to clear language proficiency test (IELTS Exam) along with me to get qualified for the PR application????
