I worked for a company which issued me an employement letter when I was still employed. The letters has all required information needed for PR application. In addition to this, I have all T4s, NOA, pay stubs and Bank statements. Three months back, I left the company. Now, the employer refuses to provide any employement letter to me. What are the options with me?

The company is a small firm with mostly students and temporary workers working there. However, its a 50 years old firm and has online presence and good customer base.

Company under no obligation to provide employment letter. You say they issued you employment letter so not sure what more you need if you have the letter and all supporting documents.
