Query: Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation

Help needed please from experienced folk.

I've had multiple jobs under various NOC's but only putting one under Work history which is an HR/Admin related NOC.

I started working in November 2012 however only studied and got my degree in 2014.

I have a completely unrelated diploma in Computer Science from 2001.

So, what date should I put for the question: Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation

If I put 2014, it implies I wasn't qualified prior to getting the job. But I got the job based on skills learned from previous jobs obviously, just not formal education,

Thanks. Do you mean when I started working in the job I'm claiming experience for? I.e., 2012? Or my first job from 2001 or so?

My job has nothing to do with my degree as well. I put the end of my secondary education as a date I was qualified. My application is in NA2 at the moment.
