query as regards fees payment to university for loa

hello friends. is there any necessity that the fees of first semester is to be paid out of loaned funds only. ... for visa purpose.. can i pay from my own funds for first sem .. and than get letter of acceptance and apply for loan .. before filing visa application.. i got offer conditional offer letter from t.r.u.

It is not necessary that u have 2 pay first sem fee from edu loan........u can pay from ur own funds which is better option
