I am a PR living in Canada. My wife is in India. I want to apply for her sponsorship to get a permanent residency.
Request explanation for the following queries in Application to Sponsor/Sponsorship Agreement &Undertaking[IMM 1344]
Part 1 Application to Sponsor and Undertaking
Q1) If you are found to be ineligible to sponsor. Indicate whether you want to:
-Withdrawal your sponsorship application................................. (what does it mean and what is the advantage /disadvantage)
-Proceed with the application for permanent residence....... (what does it mean and what is the advantage /disadvantage)
Which out of the above is suggested ?

Q3) Are you sponsoring a member of family class or a member of the spouse common-law partner in Canada class ?.....what does the significance of this question because the obvious answer is “YES” but the Options are: Yes or No.
Maybe I have not understood the query...is there more to it ?
