Query about PR process

Hello guys,
So I have been working as Tech Consultant (NOC C - 6421) from past 1yr and 5months. Recently, I got promoted to Tech Sales Supervisor less than a month back. (NOC B - 6211).

I was wondering if I can use my NOC C Canadian work experience and be eligible to apply for Express Entry within next few weeks?

No - you can't. You will need to wait until you have a year of work experience in the NOC B role.

But my PGWP expires in October 2020. And I got only 2 years of PGWP even though I studied MBA for two years. Is it possible to extend my PGWP for one more year? Is there any chance of refusal?
