Hi i am right now working in a call center as a sales representative also customer service...I was looking up in cicand follow under noc 6552 code...so my question is that how i know that whether this code follow under noc 0,a,b and if no then how do i find out that wich code is best suitable for my job?

The best NOC is the one where the job duties are the closest match.

To determine its level, you can look at the matrix -

NOC 6552 is Skill Level C, so it does not qualify for the CEC program, unfortunately.
