Query about education

Hello to everyone.

I have a question about my education.
I have a 3 years degree in culinary arts. So what I was wondering is if my education will fall under category number 5 ( bachelor's degree or a 3 years or more program at university college trade or institute) because I'm counting on that to get enough points.

And I wanted to know if there is such thing of 3 years degree on culinary arts here in Canada.

You should choose Bachelor's Degree, cause you got a degree right?

In North America some schools issue you the degree over 4 years and some schools over 3 years. Here is link I found that compares the some schools:
