Query about an old reference

I have got a reference for a job that I did around 5-6 years ago. The date on the reference letter is also of 2010 - and it is after the job completion so it covers the period I worked there.

It is on the company letterhead and sealed but does not give the name of the person signing it, instead it says Authorized signatoryy" and his sign.

I was wondering if this is normal.
Also, the company has now changed its address.

You have two options:
1. Obtain a new reference letter altogether from this employer.
2. Attach a LOE explaining the same and mention the name of authorised signatory.

If letter head is having phone numbers of the company and those phones are working then that should work

Ya it does have the address, email id and the phone number. The email address is still valid and the phone number is valid too. But the address and the company logo is different.

I have got a former colleague to give me a reference with same duties as mentioned in reference I mentioned above. He has signed for that in a notarized paper and attached his employer ID copy on it. Will that suffice?

Also, I can try getting the bank statements of the period I worked there and then show the salary amount deposited in the firm's name?
