I am in a process of filing new application for Immigration, i have few queries pertaining to form "Economic Classes - imm0008_3e.pdf"

first thing is while providing your work experience what do we have to write in the OCCUPATION field

your current job title or
profession (like in case of 0111, do i have to write Financial manager or my current job title)

incase i have to write my title does it have to be exact as mentioned on the HRSDC's website or we have to provide our original job title, because titles varies from country to country, industry to industry.

secondly, in the MAIN DUTIES fields there is a very limited characters space, and i am unable to provide good details in such limited space, is there any other way to provide more details about my responsibilities ??

Here you should to provide your current job title, i provided the same as on my appointment letter

You can use an extra sheet, Start writing on the form as much you can and then use extrat shee, On extra sheet write it complete (including whats written on the form), Write the Item/Point Number and Heading and then the content, Write you Name/Passport Number and form name on the bottom of the page, It should be ok

I have used seperate sheets for my application. I used the NOC job code, current designation as per my appointment letter and main duties in the form which can covey that I belong to job code that I mentioned.

Then I added additional sheet and put in detailed job responsibilities that I have got from my current and previous employer in reference letter. It has run in few pages, but imo it is better to provide more info than getting rejected for lack of info

I am planning to apply under noc 0111
I have 6+ years of experience out which almost 4 years i was purely working in the operations department of banks (relevant NOC 0122) which i not a required noc anymore, but now i am working in a risk management department of a bank & planning to apply under 0111 working as (Manager Operational Risk, Risk Management group).

now providing extensive details about my current job responsibilities would definately add value to my application but as previous experience is irrelevant and not required so do i also have to provide more details about my banking responsibilites (extra pages) or just provide more details about my current job which is relevant.

I have 5 years of experinece and 3 jobs, I put my responsibilities on an additional page (two pages), is that sufficient. I think writing the responsibilities in points should do, rather then writing in paras? what you think

What are NOC Skill Types and Skill Levels?

The first digit of the NOC code identifies the Skill Type of an occupation.
•1 corresponds to Skill Level A
•2 or 3 correspond to Skill Level B
•4 or 5 correspond to Skill Level C
•6 corresponds to Skill Level D
Skill Level A represents occupations usually requiring university education. Skill Level B refers to occupations usually requiring college education or apprenticeship training.

I think it should be. I did the same. I have written my responsibilities in points as well.
