Queries related to application

Hello,
I have some queries that i would like help with.
1) The application and the family information form do they need to be signed electronically or do i need to print them out and then sign them?
2) Is there any particular order that the documents should be in? What kind of file should i submit them in?

Print, Sign, Scan and Upload.

Application form doesnt need to be signed it is done electronically, everything else needs to be printed, signed, scanned.
