i need your valuable suggestions about canada..

B.tech(ece)- 74%
IELTS -6.5 (L-7,R-7,S-6.5,W-6)

guys please suggest me some universities to which i should apply.... i am looking near toronto..

i am thinking of taking (M.eng, it will be ok if i get in Msc)..

also put some light on diplomas after graduation and job prospects after diploma..

and i'll choose masters or pg diploma related to electronics or communication which fall under department of electrical & computer engineering
