Hi,
I am working in Montreal with a Canadian Software Consultancy Company for last 16 months, I would like to proceed to Apply for PR. I know because I am Quebec, I have go via CSQ or PEQ before Applying the PR to Canada CIC.
If I can get a Permanant Job offer from my employer to other Provinces like Ontario or Nova Sctia, will I be able to Apply as a Federal Skilled worker(I am working as a Software Engineer). In the CIC website I saw that when my current employer is giving the permanat Job offer then my company does not have to process the AEO(I can directly Apply to FSW to CIC), but if the employer giving the Permamant job offer to outside Quebec then will it be the same??..
Also the Software Engineer is coming under the NOC list 'B', whether a I can Apply under the FSW with a valid Job Offer??
Please help me with your knowledge in the immigration process to proceeding me toApply for the PR Application.
