I have queries about Quebec's intake done for 2016. Can anyone please clarify the below queries:
1. Quebec's website mentioned that an intake of total 10,000 applications would be done for the year 2016. Does this mean that only 10,000 candidates got a chance to submit their applications OR does this mean that any number of candidates could submit their profiles and later only 10,000 would be provided CSQ out of this number? If the latter is true then on what basis would they be selecting these 10,000 final candidates and when?
2. Does any one has any idea about why is it taking so long to start the processing of applications submitted online in June, August 2016 intake. As per my knowledge, no one yet has received the request to submit their documents. Any idea when is it going to start?
