I came here for your opinion about my case, as well as maybe you have the news about new Montreal immigration office that had to continue processing the opened cases after that some immigration offices had been closed in different parts of the world. Or maybe there is someone that has the same situation.
And the story itself: my husband and I received our certificates in June 2011 after the successful interview in Moscow. Then we sent all the docs required to start the Federal check-ups and get the medical forms. We received the medical forms in October 2011 but we decided to postpone the medical examination because of the pregnancy. So we informed them about it and they even called us by the phone, so everything went OK. After the babies were born in January, we sent the docs to Vienna to get the CSQs for the babies. We didn't know that bureau was going to close then. After a while we received the answer from Vienna that all the documents received from February are being transferred to Montreal for the subsequent processing. Until that time we have no idea what is going on with our immigration process. No answers from Montreal and no idea what to do. We don't even know if they have got our documents and if they have started working there. Anyone else waiting for additional CSQs from Montreal? Or do you have news on that part?
