hello sir,
i am manan modi.
i apply my Quebec file on January 2014.Month of May i get it my file no. latter.
now i wait for my CSQ.
I apply as diploma electrical engineer.
You know how many take time for issue CSQ after file no. come?
Is there any chance for refusal after get the file no.?
Now I am in saudi for job , i am not able to learn French Is there any problem ?

Hi,
Your application can be refused at any time. A friend of mine received a refusal letter after almost 3 years of waiting and the reason was quite stupid (like incorrectly made certification of a birth certificate copy).
Did you provide your TEFaQ/TFC test results along with your application? In this case it doesn't matter if you can't learn French right now, you can do it later on
As far as I know it now takes quite a long to have your CSQ application processed.

I already submit my IELTS result with my application with 5 band.
I ask this question with others, about my refusal
they tell me , if government interested in your file then they provide file no. , it means chance of refusal is less.
I understand your point also refusal if come then any rubbish reasons they provide to us but still this type of thing happens very less.
it is correct ?

My agent tell me after file no. CSQ come in 4 month ?
it is correct?

or take more time
Also my file processing time my statue change , now I am married , i want also submit my wife file with my application IS there any problem sir?
