There's no priority based on language but you get priority if your profession is among the list.Having good command of French will definitely enhance your chances of being selected without an interview.

is there any priority for french speakers or it is the same for non-french speakers

French definitely increases your chances for being selected. As said by talk2meals you need to fall one of the priority occupation in the priority list. Please follow the link for further information if you fall into one of the priority occupation:

If you have done your degree in Québec then you need to look at Québec degree tab . If it's foreign country degree then foreign degree tab

i have done my degree in business management. Under foreign degrees, it said no under foreign degree and yes for quebec degrees. Below the table it shows quebec degree or equivalent....what does it mean by quebec degree or equivalnet?

Thanks for answering my 1st question francaise. :-)
