Quebec Parents Sponsorship

I want to apply for the parents sponsorship for my mother. I know the process is to apply at federal level and if selected then the quebec 1 year rule will apply. I am not aware about the step by step process. Can some experts please guide me here.

1- Post Federal application and if selected in the lottery what are the next steps
2- is there anything that needs to be done before applying for federal?

I qualify the income levels based on last year numbers- Thanks

Program hasn’t been announced so nobody knows what requirements may be.

There is difference in the eligibility for sponsor from Quebec.

There were changes that were going to be announced but Covid hit so there may be changes. High on the list will likely be to prioritize those who have waited the longest.
