Quebec Migration - Education Help Needed- MBA

I am confused.. i went through the listof degrees accepted for india for Quebec migrations and found this
Master of Business Administration - (IGNOU) --3 Universitaire Diplôme de maîtrise Diplôme d'études universitaires 2 cycle - 2 ans

Does tht mean only MBA frm IGNOU will only be considered? And not of others.. pls guide.
