Hello guys,

I am wondering if there are any people who is applying for Quebec system.

I heard that Quebec made immigration process faster and no French compulsory. Also you can apply if you have IELTS 5 bands

Can anyone please tell me abour Pros and Cons about Quebec?

IELTS band 5 is too low for pretty much any immigration program. You need to rewrite the test and score at least 6 in each category. You could avoid retaking IELTS if you apply through the Quebec program and can score a high mark on the French language test (your French would have to be at least as good as your English, if not better, in order to do this).

Have a look at the link in my signature, and go read the Quebec Immigration section on the forum :).

i read this one. understand it's a point-based system, but will they actually choose those with ZERO french skills?

Yes, but you need to score atleast the minimum score required for your application to be qualified. CSQ will be granted without knowing French, but the only drawback is it takes longer to get CSQ.
