Quebec Immigration Nominee Programme

Good morning Gents.
I have applied for Quebec PNP last year and my file has been accpeted and now ask me to submit the French score. hope with this it probably things will move further for immigration.
one of my collegue has told me that you can not more atleast three years from Quebec until you find Passport.?
well my area of expertize is mainly oil and gas field and would like to move alberta ASAP.

is this rule for QPNP immigrants to stay 3 years in Quebec.?

As per current rules, You have full mobility rights when you become PR.

Quebec is nice place, try to spend sometime there before planning to move. No restriction as such of 3 years under current rules.

You have to file a form specifying your intention to live in Province of Quebec, but if you show your intention of moving before becoming PR, they u r in big trouble .
