Hi,
I am thinking of applying for the Quebec PNP after being disappointed with the 38 occupational list. Can anyone tell me whether i need to give the optional part of the TEF (Expression orale et expression ecrite) and i would really appreciate what steps i need to take after having done the evalaution test online. I will send my document to Hongkong
Regards

Go to the Provincial Nominee section,Not here,This is only concerned with Professional Immigration to Canada,The Quebec nation controls its own immigration. But basically start learning your french,It is a requirement since the Quebec National Assembly just passed a law requiring all Immigrants to Quebec to learn French anjd it is the Official language of Quebec

Hey guys,

I studied at Alliance Française and got my DELF A2 in 2008. I just failed my application because my degree lies withing the 12 points category, it is a BSc in Biochemistry. I also sent my IELTS Academic and General Training, which are still valid. If they do not accept my DELF I will still get 59 points, because I have a wife and she gives me points as well.

Do you think they may reject my application because of the language skills?

Thanks,
