Jan 2021: Submitted CSQ application.
Jun 2021: Received CSQ.
Aug 2021: Applied for Permanent Residency (PR) online.
Oct 2021: Encountered issues logging into the portal.
Jun 2022: Discovered my application was lost due to a technical glitch.
Jul 2022: Reapplied for PR.
Oct 2022: Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) received.
