Quebec Application Withdraw and Refund

Did anyone withdraw his/her QSW application? I applied a few months ago and they just charged my credit card. Is there anyway I can get my money back if I withdraw my application? Please give me this information.

After they charged you, I dont think there is any refund at this point. You could have withdrawn before they charged you. You said that it had been a few months until they charged you. May I ask which visa office did you apply to?

Thanks for your reply. I applied at the following address. I am in Toronto.

285 Rue Notre-Dame Quest, 4th Floor, Montreal, QC, H2Y 1T8

They simply charged $390 for the fee but they have not opened my file yet. I have to wait another 3 weeks to see my file in their database. I am just wondering if there ways to request for a refund and if someone has gone through this process.

Most likely there is no refund for Quebec application.

dear experts, I applied qubec in Nov 2015 and also paid for the fees. Now I have received my pei pnp and processing cic application. How I can withdraw my qubec application? and will they refund me my application fees? Please help knowing this.
