Which forms do I have to send?
And there's a document checklist for Quebec?
I'm kinda lost with their website.

Also, for Quebec a minimum incoming is required or it's the same thing as federal?

no need of financial requirement for spouse. check for the KIT A. all is there:

I will apply for CSQ under the skilled worker category by the end of this April. Since I am a temporary resident in Quebec, I can apply anytime outside the application intake period. right?
I am refering to this link: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/rules-procedures.html

I don't know how much help most of us will be as far as skilled workers go, as this is the spousal stream. Skilled worker class may have different requirements entirely. You may have income requirements or other requirements, while spousal does not. You may have to check the skilled worker threads probably to get better assistance.

Hi all,

just want to share my story and ask for some information. In short:

April, 2014 - sent application to CIC Mississauga
August, 2014 - got email with AOR
January, 2015 - got similar email with AOR again
February, 26, 2015 - got email saying that we must submit undertaking application to Quebec government
February, 27,2015 - got the same email again (but this time they corrected a typo in it)
March, 5, 2015 - our undertaking application was received by MIDI
March, 13, 2015 - got email from CIC with apoligies saying that they made a mistake sending us emails in February. Quote: "The processing of your application has not been affected. The CPC-Mississauga has been in contact with the MIDI and has alerted them to this situation. You should not submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec based on the correspondence dated February 26th or 27th. Rather, please wait for further correspondence from CPC-Mississauga before contacting the MIDI. If you have already submitted your application, the MIDI will be contacting you shortly with further information." Since we already send the undertaking application by that time, we just waited and didn't do anything.
March, 16, 2015 - MIDI cashed the check
March, 31, 2015 - I received CSQ

So now I'm all confused and have no idea if this CSQ wasn't issued by mistake too. But I guess I have nothing else to do but follow the procedures. I have a few questions about what I do next:
1. Do I have to send a second copy of CSQ to CIC? If so, how do I find out to which office? Or do I just send it to CIC office in Mississauga? I went through all my papers but I don't see any specific office that processes my application or officer's name.
2. What do I do with the approved copy of our undertaking application that came to us with a stamp in the mail? Do I send it somewhere?
3. What's the nest step? Just wait for information from CIC? How long does it take on average?

Thank you and good luck to everyone!

My name is Sultana Razia and I am a Quebec applicant from Bangladesh, my husband sponsored me from Quebec on 2012.

My application was received for permanent residence was received on January 19, 2012.
My interview was scheduled on November 14, 2013.
My application processing started on January 7, 2014
Medical results have been received.
Passport Request: still waiting.
- I would like some information on how long my processing time would take. As it is stated on the CIC webpages that processes for the Singaporean visa office takes 30 months based on a complete application package. Now I am confused if I should calculate my time from the day I submitted? Or should I calculate from the day they said my process started. This is also my second marriage and I have lived at Canada before, however my police clearance, medical, CSQ and my interview has been completed successfully. I just need a little help in understanding my situation. Is there anyone that can help me understand? I even received an email from the visa office on August 2014 for address confirmation.

Yeah MIDI said they sent CSQ directly to Visa office but my visa office requested me about send copy of CSQ.
It seem depend on officer.

Which address did you use to send a copy of CSQ? General Mailing address or some other? Or maybe you can send it by email? Thanks!

Hey guys,

Payment for CSQ was processed last week and now Visa office is asking for a copy of the CSQ.

My questions is: Where is the CSQ sent to? The address of the sponsored or the sponsor? How did it work for you?

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

I am a resident of Quebec and am just about to submit the in-land spouse sponsorship (Family Class) application for my wife. I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is currently visiting me on her multiple-entry visitor visa which is valid for 6 months.

We also want to apply for a Open Work Permit along with the PR Sponsorship application, so that she can start working as soon as possible.

My question is whether my wife needs to get a Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) before we apply for the Open Work Permit (Since we are living in Quebec)? Or is this not necessary given our context.

Would really appreciate your help on this.

Thank you very much in advance :)
