Quebec alternates? Is it possible?

Dear All,

I hear that the alternate is, get FSW PR visa and land anywhrere in Canada and then move to Quebec after showing residency.

In my case, if i get PR and after that my company in Montreal give an job offer from Montreal(Quebec), then will I be allowed to move to Montreal?

yes after getting PR u can move and work where ever u want.

How many days do I have to stay in other province (say Toronto) to get Candian govt. formalitiies done? Whats the process?

Just for curosity, why Quebec has different FSW process.
