What is the 2015 spreadsheets you mentioned in your post for?
Also I would like to know, if it is said that the maximum number of 3500 applications has been attained does it means that definitely no other applications will be accepted or it means that they just received 3500 applications and if there are some problems (not eligible or not enough score) they will accept some other applications?
I think my application will reach today, and I wonder when they will send back my application and documents?

It means no more applications will be accepted. Your entire application is going to be returned to you unprocessed.

How do i know mine is part of the 3500 ???coz my courier was reached on nov 9th 16.20pm...If mine is out of 3500 can i apply through online tool???

my people....this canada matter no be here o, lol. i learned of the quebec opportunity and while i was trying to determine my eligibility, the caps has filled up. ok please my seniors ooo, i need help to help me determine my eligibility and position to successfully apply for january 18th. please help a sister. work experience of 4 years in NOC 1113
age...32years
married
ielts and eca obatined from WES
overall ielts score for me: 7 , for spouse:6
no french understanding for both applicant and spouse
age of spouse:34
education of spouse: obtained in nigeria, B.eng Electrical electronics engineering
no eca obatined for spouse
work experience for spouse is over 5 years in the same field as education
no current job offer
applicant is currently in EE poool with crs 346
no relative in canada
one under-12 dependant


do you think i am eligible? i am confused about the area of training and a number of other issues, particularly also their educational classifications as diploma. it is not possible for my spouse to be applicant at this material time due to some personal challenges. if i am not eligible as applicant, what other PNP should i consider? and if then, as i am already in the pool, can i go on to apply to other provinces too?
