Hello Folks,

Sorry to creating new topic here as I could not find answer of my query.

Issue:

I am inland EE candidate and in Canada since 5 years.

Sept 2011 to Apr 2013 - Study Permit
June 2013 to June 24, 2016 - Work Permit - During this time got 2 year IT field experience
June 25, 2016 to approx. Oct 10, 2016 - Implied status - Basis on Paper Application as all are doing here to save job and to earn more money legally

EE Profile created - 487 Points / IELTS 7.5
Waiitng to get ITA in next draw

Question 1: "If I would get ITA and also AOR after submission of application in EE, can I get new work permit on basis of AOR?
Question 2: My Implied status will finish soon and will go on Restoration Period and have to quit current field job with lack of LMIA. What are the best option to stay in Canada during process of PR through EE.
Question 3: What is the best period to apply for Visitor Visa after entering in to restoration period such as after 15 days, 30 days or 60 days?

Please let me know solution of these issue.

Thanks in Advance

You need to have a valid work visa in order to apply for BOWP. So unfortunately the answer is no.

Question 2: My Implied status will finish soon and will go on Restoration Period and have to quit current field job with lack of LMIA. What are the best option to stay in Canada during process of PR through EE.

If your visa application will be refused your restoration period starts from your former visa's expiry date.
Your only options are LMIA or visitor visa.

Question 3: What is the best period to apply for Visitor Visa after entering in to restoration period such as after 15 days, 30 days or 60 days?

Apply as soon as you can, since you might be already in the "restoration period". You have to convince the VO really well why he/she should restore your status. You will need to file a strong application

Please let me know solution of these issue.

Thanks in Advance

Best wishes!

Thanks for providing me important information.

One more question: As per immigration consultants and lawyers, chances of rejection of Visitor Visa are very rare if you studied and worked in Canada and lived in Canada almost 5 years but I can't keep trust.

So in case, if I got refusal on Visitor application from inside Canada, for howlong I can stay/remain in Canada legally? How many days?

Do you have any letter of explanation format to make my application strong?

Please help!!!

Thanks Again....

If CIC refuses your visitor visa, they tell you to leave the country as soon as possible. But if you provide all the doc. required + a clear letter explaining your case, I do not see why they would reject you.
I've been through the same stressful time, but things worked out.
Good luck.

You should note that IRCC has changed their rules to prevent people from doing just this.

As you submitted an incomplete extension application, it is very possible that your app will be rejected as incomplete. This would mean that you do not benefit from Implied Status and any work completed beyond your work permit expiry on June 24th will be illegal.

When my previous work permit expired, on February 19th, I still didn't have any reply from CIC regarding my application for another work permit.
I worked, under the Implied Status, until I got an answer from CIC, on March 6th; even though their answer was a refusal, my work experience during the Implied Status was legal.

The rules were changed a few months ago.

Good to know. Thank you.
